Tuesday, 25th November was Arissa's Hari Anugerah Cemerlang. As a teacher in the same school, I made it a point to dress up, put on my best for her. I was so proud as Arissa was the only one of the school teachers' children that made it to the top 10. She is the 4th best for year 2 pupils. Wouldn't you be proud if you were me?
Many proud and smiling parents were there. Unfortunately, daddy was not there la Arissa. He had a meeting. Lucky that your mother is a teacher.
However, at the end of the day, mummy and daddy weren't be able to see what you got for being the best in the Maths paper. Arissa lost her prize. She was careless and she had her lesson. She wept and it took her a while before she could smile again.
She learnt from her mistakes, yess, but the culprit must be punish. Till now, he is still free of guilt.
