Today was meant for settling my girls schooling. For Sarra and Arissa, it wasn't a big deal but its a different case fir Sofea.
The first kindy I went to was Little Chaliph. It was recommended by my friend T'rex. I kind of like the school and the owner especially. She's very motherly and you can tell that she is sincere in doing the kindy business. Fee was absolutely no problem as I was so used of having to dry up my pay for Arissa and Sarra's Krista. The major setback was the distance. At first, I thought it's in Taman Merbok, it turned up that it's far beyond Taman Merbok. In fact, it's in Bukit Katil. Far off from my route as well as abang's route to work.
During lunch, I browsed through my galaxy tab and found that there's this Genius Aulad not far away from my house. I rang up Dilin and boy, was I glad to know that they provide transport.
It took me almost an hour to really find the place. As soon as I stepped into the kindy, my Sofea showed immediately liking. I guess you could call it condusive. However, the bad side of it is that they only cater kindergarten. They do no provide daycare. That is a major setback.
So, I guess, it left me with one option.- Nuri. At least if I choose Nuri, I am the only one would suffer in case Mr Daddy has to go outstation. In comparison to Little Chaliph, the suffering would be to both of us, be it daddy is outstation or not.
To cut short, I managed to time my journey back and forth and Daddy would have no problem in sending Sofea everyday. It offers all that I could ever asked for. Furthermore, the fee is relatively lower that of Krista.
So, finally, its Nuriwww.nuri.com.my after a tiring day of hunting. I pray the best for Sofea.

Cekodok Ikan Bilis AKA Jemput2 Ikan Bilis
Flour is a must have item in my kitchen. Its so perfect for rainy day like today. So, this is my version of cekodok ikan bilis. I pair it up with a mug of hot Nescafe and some Maggi Chilli Sauce.
All you need are;
1. some flour
2. some anchovies
3. a tea spoon of chili paste
4. diced shallots
5. water
6. salt
7. oil to fry
Mix all well. To make it extra crunchy, before frying it, add little hot water into the batter. Some people also prefer to put some ice cubes. They imitate the Japanese way of making the tempura. After adding it all, use a tea spoon to scoop the batter into the heated oil.
There you have it. Perfect for tea during the rainy days... its cheap and can be easily prepared at home.
